Pet Policy at Serenity Cove
At Serenity Cove, we happily welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs to our lakeside retreat. To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all our guests, including those with canine companions, we have established the following pet policy:
- Pet-Friendly Accommodation: Our lakeside cottage is designated as pet-friendly, allowing you and your furry friend to feel at home during your stay.
- Pet Limit: To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we allow a maximum of two dogs in our cottage.
- Pet Size: We accept dogs of all sizes, but we kindly request that you inform us of your dog’s breed and size during the booking process.
- Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee is applied to your booking for your dog’s stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required to maintain a fresh and allergen-free environment for all guests.
- Respectful Behavior: As much as we adore our canine guests, we ask that you ensure your four-legged companion’s behavior is respectful of our neighbors and the serene environment. Please keep your dogs on a leash while on the property and clean up after them promptly.
- Pet Supervision: For the safety of your dog and the peace of mind of our neighbours, we require that dogs are not left unattended in the cottage unless they are crated or in a pet carrier. This policy helps avoid any potential damage and ensures the well-being of your beloved pet.
- Pet Allergies: Some guests may have allergies to dogs, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our pet-friendly environment in excellent condition and free of any pet-related allergens. Pets must be kept off beds and sofa/chairs.
- Pet Damages: As much as we love our furry friends, dog owners are responsible for any damages caused by their dogs during their stay. Any additional cleaning or repairs required will be handled accordingly.
- Outdoor Adventures: Serenity Cove offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities with your dog, such as walks along the lakefront and nature trails. Please be mindful of local leash laws and wildlife.
